Company Profile Diagnostech Pty Ltd was established in 2002 by Dennis Stephenson in response to growing demand for independent professional advice in relation to the diagnosis and rectification of building related problems and defects. Diagnostech has offices in Sydney and Brisbane and caters to projects with no geographical boundaries having worked throughout Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. Our services fall broadly into two certainly interrelated categories:
Building Consultancy We offer specialised consultancy services focussed primarily on the remedial building sector. We diagnose building problems, design and document appropriate solutions, and project manage remedial and refurbishment building projects for a wide range of clientele and property types including:

Property Consultancy We provide a range of building surveying, technical consultancy and reporting services to the property sector. With the benefit of a wealth of remedial building experience and hands on knowledge of construction methodologies, design, materials and costs we are well placed to offer building surveying and technical reporting services to Property Investors and Owners.
